With the launch of its new brushless DC motor BG 95, broadly expands its power range. The newest member of the Dunker family provides 1100 W of continuous output power with an overload capability of up to four times.

With nominal voltages as low as 24 VDC, the BG 95 is particularly suitable for autonomous vehicles and other battery powered applications. Efficiencies exceeding 90% result in low current consumption, conserving battery life. At 3650 rpm, the continuous torque is 2.9 Nm, and the achievable peak torque is 10.4 Nm. With its optional integrated encoder system, the BG 95 can be used to position very precisely. The black anodized housing allows for very good heat dissipation.

The BG 95 is available in two different stack lengths, BG 95 x 40 and BG 95 x 80. It expands the Dunkermotoren portfolio and the modular system in terms of output power. Like Dunkermotoren’s existing motor offering, the BG 95 can also be combined with planetary and worm gearboxes (up to ratio 710:1) as well as with encoders and brakes that are specially designed to fit the motor.
