MCMA Technical Conference 2017 Exhibitor Reservation
Exhibit with a tabletop display at the MCMA Technical Conference to reach a highly qualified audience of users/buyers of motion control and motor technologies!
Space is limited and is sold on a first come, first served basis, so please book early.
Exhibits open on Monday, October 16th evening for an in-room reception and then Tuesday October 17th mid-day and end of day.
Tabletop fee includes TWO Exhibitor Badges including full TechCon access. Conference access includes all meal functions, MCMA Technical Conference sessions (Tuesday/Wednesday). MCMA pre-conference workshops (Monday) are NOT included, but can be added for an additional fee. Tabletops include: one six foot table, two chairs and a 110V electrical outlet (if requested in advance). Shipping and/or any shipping related handling fees are on your own.
Set up is Monday, October 16 beginning at 12:00pm and exhibits must be ready to open at 5:00pm.
Tear down is Tuesday, October 17 at 6:30pm following the Networking Reception (held in the exhibits room).
