UXBRIDGE, MA – DECEMBER 9, 2009 – Lenze-AC Tech, which officially includes Lenze Americas Corporation and Lenze AC Tech Corporation, announces the appointment of David Cybulski to Vice President of Finance. According to company officials, Cybulski has significant experience in Manufacturing, Advanced Technology and Sales/Distribution companies plus extensive international experience.

“Mr. Cybulski is perfectly positioned to drive the financial performance of the company towards greater profitability through effective controlling tools, cost reduction initiatives and departmental performance metrics,” says Harold Muller, Executive Vice President of Finance for the Lenze Group, adding “Cybulski has been champion of positive changes, implementing effective and streamlined processes across all areas of finance and in every department in the organization.” 

Summarizing Cybulski’s achievements, Lenze officials maintain that Cybulski brings overall global business and financial strategies/consulting in the midst of reengineering key finance processes.  This is just one of his talents.  His previous accomplishments of simultaneously increasing departmental performance, re-engineering accounts receivable processes while reducing costs and DSO, plus designing and implementing global online performance tools all speak of great talent and passion.  

Cybulski has over 25 years of Finance experience, a BS degree from the University of Hartford and an MBA from Bryant University.  He joins Lenze-AC Tech from KAZ, Inc where he served as Vice President, Finance and Global Controller.  Originally from Woonsocket, Rhode Island, he and his wife Pam and their three boys (Kyle, Luke and Zach) have lived in Franklin, Massachusetts for the last 15 years.
